Create an order

You can easily place an order in just a few steps:
✦Browse any product category and learn product details on each product page.

✦Click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button to add the selected size to your shopping bag.

✦Click "My Shopping Bag" to view the items you have selected. To remove an item from your shopping bag, simply click the "X" button next to the item.

✔Click "Checkout Now" and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

Boleshoes shoes come in European sizes, which are standard sizes.

Unfortunately, we cannot change any order information once you submit your order, but we may be able to assist you with canceling and replacing your order.

*Please note that we cannot add any items within an order or combine two orders in the same shipment. You must cancel your order and place a new order for all items you wish to purchase. Alternatively, you can place an order separately for additional items

Payment and account

All information you share with us will be kept strictly confidential. We will never share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For more information, please click here to read the Boleshoes Privacy Policy in website bottom bar.



In order to register on the Boleshoes website, you must provide us with your name and email address. We will ask you to provide your mobile phone number, shipping address and payment information when placing an order. Where necessary, such specific information may be used to validate and validate your order. We may use your contact information to send you the latest series of products and Boleshoes news, but we will obtain your consent in advance

To unsubscribe from new marketing communications from Boleshoe, click "Unsubscribe" on any email newsletter we send you.

Delivery

You get free standard shipping.

We will deliver the goods to you within 15-20 working days after you place the order. Working days refer to Monday to Friday (excluding Chinese public holidays).

We will send you a confirmation text message with a unique tracking code for that order as soon as your order is shipped. You can use this tracking code to track the progress of your order online

We are sorry if you have received the wrong item or if you believe it to be defective. In this case, please contact our customer service team and provide the following information:

✦Problem overview
✦Proof image

All items returned for defects will be thoroughly inspected by our quality control specialists to determine whether the item is defective or just normal wear and tear. We may be able to repair the item for you, but please note that we cannot guarantee this.

Return policy

We are happy to offer each customer a return if the order complies with our returns policy. For the complete process and requirements for requesting and processing a return, please see the "Information" section in bottom bar of the website

All items returned in accordance with our returns policy, including sales tax, will be fully refunded to the account of the original purchaser.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to reach your account (depending on your payment method).

Products and Inventory

There will be size information in the information column of each shoe style.

If you can't find your size online, we may be able to find it for you in store. Please contact customer service about the style you are interested in, we will do our best to find the right size for you.
